Best Dialog:
Grissom: "Are you a numismatist, Greg?"
Greg: "Oh, my grandpa started me off with a 1909 V.D.B. "S" Lincoln penny. Often referred to as a V.D.B. Because it bears the monogram of its engraver, Victor D. Brenner. It's a low mintage."
Grissom: "So, let's see, you surf, you scuba dive, you're into latex...you like fashion models and Marilyn Manson. And you also have a coin collection."
Greg: "Weird, huh?"
Grissom: "Well...I raise cockroaches."
My Comment:
Greg´s second field trip is a pleasure for every fan. He is very helpful and Grissom notices. It´s interesting that Grissom knows everything about Greg´s affections. He even specifies them. It fills my shipper heart with joy. Greg tries to assist Nick as well. He is everybody´s nice boy in this episode. But the nice boy is bored and eager for a change. Grissom bears it in his mind. It impresses him that Greg doesn´t care as much about the money as about solving a puzzle. That´s certainly after Grissom´s fancy. I always knew Greg and Grissom are soulmates.
By the way: It´s obvious Greg is grandpa´s boy. What about his father?
